Cover Builder re-editing function (After Creating a cover) Merged

With Perfect Binding, we would like the cover builder to be able to edit the cover (alignment of the cover, etc.) even after creating the cover and deleting the source.

There are times when you want to make fine adjustments to the cover page after Perfect Binding printing. Currently, after creating the cover and deleting the source pages, it cannot be edited again. We would Prep to be able to make fine adjustments with the cover builder even if they load the job again from the RJF file.
