Ref: Working with hot folders

When you create a job via hot folders, this works and functions very well for the first proof sample, and then on approval of the first sample, then gets a little over complicated to then reprint the job for the number of copied you require, if in the Hot folder you have checked save file, you can open this and then reprint from this, but every reprint then generates another saved file each time you print, this looks very messy and confusing. Using hot folders should not be that hard to create a job in automation and then after first print, reprint this again with desired copies.
