use hotfolder or preset for scaling document and converting bookmarks to tabs

I would like to use a hotfolder or preset for the following workflow:

i) Scale document to A5 (scale to fit)

ii) Insert 5mm binding margin

ii) Convert Bookmarks to tabs

iii) Insert Bookmark text to tab text

iv) Insert bookmark/chapter text as header (top right of page)

v) Insert page number as footer (bottom right of page)

This doesn't work on two levels:

i) The tab automation does not work when I create a preset - it reuses the tab locations and text from the document saved as preset - instead of the steps of the workflow to insert them from the new document.

ii) If I instead create a preset to just do the scaling, imposition etc, and then do the tab & header insertion myself in the imposed document, this does not work either, as the impose function removes the bookmarks from the imposed document.

So it would be great if this could be fixed to allow:

i) Impose feature does not remove bookmark data from imposed documents:

ii) Use of presets or hotfolders to automate the insertion of tabs and headers/footers
