Make it possible to use the cover / spine builder without switching to " the sample printer" Merged

Even if there is no in-line wrapping device(perfect bind) there are many needs for cover creation.

(Create a cover for a off-line wrapping device such as Horizon's one)

If they select "the sample printer", they can create a cover with the cover builder, but when printing documents, it need to switch to the actual printer, which is hard to use..

We hope to use the cover builder without switching the printer to the sample printer.
