In the following case, blank page is counted as black/white counter by the printer. I hope prep to add the function avoiding it. 

Case1: duplex printing
When printing the document by duplex printing, if the document is odd pages、the last blank page is counted as black/whiter counter.
Eg) When printing 3 page document, last sheet has a blank page and as a result ,the counter is added by 4.

Case2: "Unused tabs" output in tab print ( Postscript )

Case3: the cover sheets
When printing the document adding the cover sheets, if back side of the cover sheet is blank, this  blank page is counted as black/whiter counter.
