NCR and Numbering

When creating NCR with numbers, it would be ideal to create copies of only 2 or 3 or 4 of the same page and apply sequential numbering and then either print (options to make multiple copies) or export as pdfs with 1000 copies or 2000 copies as needed so resources don't  get used. At present we have to make 1000 copies of the same page and then apply numbering. This is resource intensive.
