Display the job name at the top of the Prep screen

When editing, the operator often saved under a different RJF name for the backup , etc.

If the file is saved with a different RJF name using "Save As", the RJF file name and job name will not match, making it difficult for the operator to understand the mismatch.
We hope that the job name is  displayed at the top of the Prep screen.
