Insert multiple Tab Menu Merged

When inserting tabs from files without chapters etc it would be handy to have a menu that could specify how many tabs I want to insert and after which page they should be inserted (Fiery has this feature). At present we need to select the target page but this can be quite time consuming if it is a long document.  It could be that once you insert the first tab the edit tab box then has the ability for you to select and add further tabs from here.
