Collapse all bookmarks/chapters in the left-side pane

currently to collapse bookmarks/chapters/tabs in the left side pane you have to click each one manually.

it would be far more efficient to have a 'collapse all' button or shortcut.

imagine you have a document of several thousand pages with hundreds of tab sheets, then you'll understand why it's handier to have the bookmarks/tabs/chapters collapsed for navigation purposes.

    Just wondering if this can be considered for implementation? It doesn't seem like a complicated thing, but it would make the program so much easier to use when dealing with lots of chapters and tabs.
